cDNA libraries from mouse and rat
specific organs and development stages
The Japanese company Genostaff was founded 2002 and is well known as a service provider for pharmaceutical companies all over the world. Their main activities are in situ hybridization and construction of c-DNA libraries. The outstanding quality of these custom made products is supported by several hundred of published articles in magazines like Nature, Science, Cell and others.
A specific technology of mRNA isolation allows the construction of c
DNA libraries with a very homogenous and exact distribution of all genes. The purified mRNA is transcribed with Oligo d(T) primer molecules. The cDNA libraries from Genostaff can be used as a template in PCR (and qPCR), for all experiments in gene expression profiling, for the preparation of probes, for cloning experiments etc.
A wide variety of different cDNA libraries from mouse and rat organs are available. Furthermore embryos of different ages (days) were succesfully used as a template for the construction of cDNA libraries. All c-DNA libraries are prepared from the mouse strain BL/6 respectively the Wister Rat.
