The **UP-X899MD** is a compact **A6 black-and-white thermal printer** recommended for use with the [FastGene® FAS-X](https://www.nippongenetics.eu/en/products/gel-documentation/gel-documentation-systems/high-end/fastgene-fas-x/) gel documentation system.
It processes both **analog video signals** and **digital USB inputs**, making it highly versatile and compatible with **a wide range of imaging systems**.
