1. **Hold Cap:** Decapping with cap held -&gt; Capping the held cap
2. **Release Cap:** Decapping with cap release -&gt; Capping the cap on the top of the tube
3. **Decap Cap:** Decapping and releasing cap immediately
4. **Cap Only:** Capping the cap on the top of the tube
5. **Release Cap + Decap Only:** Decapping and releasing cap after 1.5 sec
