The polymeric material is a high grade polypropylene in order to generate thin wall cavities. This allows a very fast temperature exchange, extremely important for PCR efficiency. Black letters and number makes it easy to identify the specific wells. As all FastGene plastics the plate is DNase; RNase and DNA free.
