The FastGene® Two-Component PCR Plate (FG-HD0196) is made to offer the best PCR performance:

- 0.1 mL volume per well (semi-skirted, low-profile)

    - Rigid polycarbonate frame, optimal for automated handling.
    - Super-thin polypropylene wells allow for a quick & uniform heat transfer.

##### The best of two materials

The wells are composed of **soft polypropylene**, while the shell is made of robust and rigid polycarbonate. This combination offers the best PCR performance.
The high-quality, hard polycarbonate frame ensures **high stability** of the plate, which ensures **safe handling** and **optimum suitability** for **automated processes.** The wells, made of thin-walled, translucent and more flexible polypropylene, enable a **particularly fast heat transfer** during the PCR, which leads to **more accurate temperatures** in the sample.

The 2-Component PCR plates are available in two variants, with a barcode and without a barcode.
The plates with a unique barcode are particularly suitable for automated processes and plate robots.
The barcode is not printed on the plate, but etched into the plate surface with a laser. This makes it particularly durable and indestructible, and also extremely sharp for easy scanning.
