Can I order outlet products directly?

Enquiries about outlet products are currently being accepted. We will check availability and terms on a case-by-case basis.

Have the products been checked?

Yes, outlet products are checked before they go on sale.

Are products with a shorter shel-life still safe to use?

Yes, provided they are used within the specified remaining shelf life and in accordance with the product specifications.

Is there a warranty on demonstration units?

All demonstration units are covered by a 12-month warranty.

How are prices and availability confirmed?

Please use the outlet enquiry form to check the availability of the specific product. When doing so, please quote the relevant outlet product code (OPC) from the table. We will then send you a quote.
